After graduating from Concordia University in 2010 with a BFA, I started my career in web design. In the decade after, I sought out web development roles to improve my programming skills. In more recent years, I have focused my learning efforts on user experience research. I want to ensure that what I build is actually meeting users' needs.
I am a website designer and developer. For the most part, this means that I have talent for making websites beautiful as well as user-friendly and functionally sound. I've been designing digital graphics for over 15 years and I have been building/maintaining web applications for over 8 years now. I love what I do!
I feel strongly about making quality websites. I believe it is important to help businesses obtain a meaningful online presence so that they may better serve their communities. I'd like to build websites and web applications with like-minded people. I get excited about the future of web development!
I conduct user research and analyze website metrics to inform design decisions. I iteratively and collaboratively design and test with tools like Miro and Figma. I code websites in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and sometimes even Python. I am proficient with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
